The tube yoke provides a way of attaching any length of tube and extending the driveshaft. All tube yokes have full round ears and, as with other yokes, by measuring across the ears you can determine the relevant drive shaft series. That “ear measurement” (E) is listed below.
Many of the tube yokes below will fit Spicer Life Series u-joints as well as the Series 10 listed.

A driveshaft series usually accommodates more than one size of tube and a key dimension of the tube yoke is the tube’s diameter and the tube’s wall thickness. Some tube yokes are slightly longer than others so you will also find dimension “H” listed below.
The heavy duty series of driveshafts uses the bearing plate (BP) method for connecting the yoke to the u-joint. Nearly all other sizes use the outside snap ring (OSR) method. Only the 1000 series uses an inside snap ring (ISR).
